Hello, my Fearless friends! Today, I want to take you on a journey. A journey through fear to the other side – where we embrace fearlessness.
So, what is fearlessness, really? Is it the absence of fear? Well, no. It’s not being devoid of fear, but rather being less full of fear. Fearless does not mean we’re free from fear; instead, it signifies our courage to move through fear.
As Brené Brown, the champion of vulnerability, often remarks, “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” This courage to show up, to face our fears, is the foundation of fearlessness.
There is a profound power in acknowledging our fears. Fear isn’t the enemy; it’s our guide, showing us what needs to be addressed, and indicating where growth is possible. It’s our own personalized signpost directing us toward our path to greatness. Every time we choose to move through fear, we evolve. We become more than what we were – more aware, more knowledgeable, more prepared.
The journey of overcoming fear and becoming fearless is no easy feat. But let me tell you, friends, it’s worth every step, every stumble, every tumble. Yes, we become less – less unworthy, less rigid, less paralyzed by the fear of failure. But in doing so, we also become less fearful… we become fearless.
Take it from J.K. Rowling, who was famously quoted saying, “It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all – in which case, you fail by default.” Don’t we all want to truly live, my friends?
On the other side of fear is a world of dreams and possibilities. It’s where magic becomes real, and you become who you truly are. So, will you join me on this journey towards fearlessness?
We can walk this road together, inspiring each other to move forward, to break down our barriers, to make fear our friend, and ultimately, to become fear-less. Join us this fall of 2023 when we premiere the new podcast “The Fearless Road” where we explore all of these amazing ideas and more!
Stay fearless, my friends! Remember, “Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.” (George Addair). Let’s choose to make our dreams a reality. To the Fearless Road we go!
